H&P, that's all well and good, but to the casual bystander it can still come across as just a rip off of yoga?
We had to watch a video about it at work (which I thought was a bit suspect in itself as you're having branded videos being shoved down your throat) and halfway through the I just thought 'this is yoga repackaged'

Ah yes the study is on something known as "spiritual materialism" - it's an interesting area explored by Chogyam Trungpa and earlier George Gurdjieff. In a nutshell, the ego can falsify anything in its struggle for control, and inner growth is no exception.
